Wir, die KONSCHA SIMULATION GmbH, sind ein modernes Ingenieurbüro im Herzen von Hamburg und bieten Dienstleistungen zum Thema numerische Simulation und Berechnung. Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter verfügen über langjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich der FEM- und CFD-Simulation. Unser Ansporn ist es, unseren Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung ihrer Produkte die bestmögliche Unterstützung zu bieten. Wir zeichnen uns als kleines, persönliches und dynamisches Team aus. Namhafte Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen gehören zu unserem Kundenkreis.

Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung im Vertrieb / Marketing (m/w/d).
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

Der Kern deiner täglichen Arbeit ist der Kontakt zu unseren bestehenden Kunden und die Akquise von Neukunden.
Du kümmerst Dich um das Marketing und arbeitest hier auch mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
Nachdem Du dich eingearbeitet hast, entwickelst Du den Bereich Vertrieb und Marketing eigenständig weiter.
Ein kleiner Anteil deiner Arbeit ist die Unterstützung bei der Administration und bei Teamaufgaben (ca. 10-15%)

Das bringst Du mit:

Gerne eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
Viel wichtiger ist uns aber deine Einstellung – wir haben ein großartiges und sehr leistungsorientiertes Team und so wünschen wir uns Dich auch.
Was uns im Team aber fehlt ist Kommunikationsstärke, das benötigen wir von Dir!
Du bekommst alle Unterstützung, die Du brauchst, arbeitest aber allein im Marketing und Vertrieb. Daher solltest Du gerne eigeninitiativ und selbständig arbeiten.
Du hast Spaß daran, deinen Bereich eigenverantwortlich zu steuern ohne große Struktur oder Vorgaben.
Du hast keine Angst vor Nerds 😉

Your tasks:

- Development and modification of simulation models
- Carrying out FEM calculations
- Documentation of the results
- Further development of internal methods and tools

Your profile:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of general mechanical engineering or comparable
- Good knowledge of technical mechanics
- Business fluent in German or English
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Personal initiative and commitment
- Professional experience in the field of numerical simulation with ANSYS is an advantage
